One event we’re especially excited about is the annual Farm-to-Table Dinner benefiting The Farmer Fund. This is about as local as it gets: money raised in the community goes directly to local TR Market farmers through a hyper-local grant program. No complicated bureaucracy — local people helping local farmers.
We also talk about what makes Travelers Rest such a great fall destination, the role local restaurants and businesses play in the community, the Farmers Market, outdoor activities and some of Lacey’s favorite ways to spend a fall day in TR.
