SCOTUS Denies Trump appeal; Wildfires continue to devastate CA (Ep 330)

The California wildfires continue to wreak havoc with the death toll in Los Angeles County rising to at least seven people and more than 27,000 acres have burned while destroying over 10,000 structures, according to local officials.
The Supreme Court denied President-elect Donald Trump’s emergency petition to block his sentencing in the New York v. Trump case later this morning…..the case brought by Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg accuses Trump of falsifying business records.
In other court news… a federal judge in Kentucky has struck down the Biden administration’s attempt to rewrite Title IX, a law originally designed to protect equal opportunities for men and women…yet Joe Biden tried to redefine “sex” to include all “gender identities.” This is a major win for women’s sports.
